Red tulle knitted fabric is mainly used for dresses, skirts, scarfs, veils, decorations or lingerie. The main raw material used for production of tulle is synthetic fibres – polyamide. It is characterized by very good mechanical properties and the best abrasion resistance. In addition, slightly elastic tulle is easy to care for, dries very quickly and resists shrinkage. One of few flaws of polyamide is its low resistance to sunlight, which is why tulle is not recommended for curtains.
The development of knitting technologies supersede bobbinet machines used for the production of tulle knitted fabric. Currently it is manufactured as lightweight openwork knitted fabric. It is characterized by greater elasticity and durability.
