Silki fabric is very pleasant to the touch, thin, light, airy, flowing and modern. The material stretches slightly across, which improves its shape. Its composition is 97% polyester fibres and 3% elastomeric threads, or spandex. This makes the fabric crease-resistant and quick-drying. It is also durable, as the polyester has very good tear and abrasion resistance.
The pattern on the right side of the plain-weave fabric shows a composition of powder flowers. It has been applied using the sublimation printing process, which is ideal for polyester clothing materials.
All of the above characteristics, combined with the delicate print, make Silki fabric a popular choice for spring and summer creations. In addition to lightweight dresses and skirts, the fabric can also be safely used to sew blouses and shirts, ideal for all seasons.
