Panama fabric is made of polyester. It is used for skirts, jackets, trousers, as well as liturgical confections, and is also used as a decorative fabric (tablecloths, curtain covers) and upholstery fabric. It has a strong weave and does not have elastane in its composition, but it does stretch slightly.
