Woven Upholstery Stella - Silver Melange

This fabric is recommended for upholstering of chairs, sewing bedspreads, curtains or pillowcases for decorative pillows. Our high quality, certified upholstery fabric will be perfect for these and many other applications.

It is resistant to abrasion, stretching and pilling. The high strength of the material is achieved by applying yarn made of irregularly scattered fibres, to the wrong side of the material. The natural-looking structure is visible on the right side of the fabric. It is formed by an irregular weave of thick, extremely strong polyester yarns.

• Resistance to pilling - 4-5 grade (test method EN ISO 12945-2 (2 000 T/revs.)
• Seam slippage - warp: 3,5 mm, weft: 3,3 mm (test method EN ISO 13936-2)
• Tensile strength - warp: 906 (26,9) N(%), weft: 840 (27,2) N(%) (test method EN ISO 13934-1)
• Tear strength - warp: 82,4 N, weft: 84,1 N (test method EN ISO 13937-3)
