Silki fabric with 1 cm black polka dots on a classic and timeless beige background is a pattern ideal for airy summer dresses, thin shorts, flowing skirts, as well as high quality lingerie, dressing gowns, pyjamas and nightdresses.
Silk, or synthetic silk, is produced in plain weave from fine polyester yarns, which guarantees a smooth surface and durability. The last feature is due to the high strength of the fibres, which also have a high pliability, which is reflected in low wrinkling of products.
The elastane introduced in the weft provides the silk fabric with a slight stretch in this direction and consequently with better drapeability and easier fitting of the garment to the shape of the figure. Despite its low thickness, low surface weight (90 g/m2) and light colour, the fabric is practically opqaue.
