High quality, polyester garden fabric is thin, stiff and inelastic with an additional finishing that makes it water repellent, so it is classified as a technical textile. It is most popular for decorative and recreational elements in our gardens, on terraces and balconies. It is an excellent choice for cushions for garden furniture, screens and various types of covers. For children it can be used to make swings, deckchairs, hammocks and tepees, as well as sacks, backpacks and bags.
An impregnation applied to the fabric in the final stages of production prevents its surface from getting wet, creating spheres of liquid that are easy to wipe off. Synthetic polyester fibres are ideal for all of the above usages, as they are durable and resistant to moisture, fungi and micro-organisms. The raw material also enjoys very good strength properties, and its high pliability means that the material does not crease.
