Oxford PU Woven Fabric - Black Herringbone

A simple, geometric herringbone pattern forming black irregular stripes on beige Oxford PU fabric is recommended for textile gazebo curtains, balconies and terraces, garden seats, cushions, sako bags and children's tipi tents, hammocks and cocoon swings. The properties of the polyester fabric and its Standard 100 certification make it popular for backpacks, bum bags, sachets, pram and child seat components and outdoor clothing.

Oxford is first and foremost a garden fabric, thanks to a special finishing that guarantees its water repellency. In addition, the woven fabric, with a weight of 200 g/m², is characterised by the stiffness desired in technical fabrics. Additionally, it does not stretch, is relatively thin, and the thick yarns and plain weave create visible, short interlacing on its surface.

The yarns of continuous synthetic fibres used in its production give the fabric a slight sheen. This raw material ensures its high strength and high abrasion resistance. Additionally polyester is hydrophobic, which makes it resistant to microorganisms and insects.

The offered material has been tested at the Institute of Textiles in Łódź for safety in applications for working clothing and accessories intended for children (standards PN-P-84525:1998, PN-EN ISO 13688:2013-12, PN-EN 71-2 + A1:2014-12, PN-EN 71-3 + A1:2014-12, PN-EN 1888).
