The versatile weft knit fabric known to everyone as jersey single is made from 95% cotton fibres and 5% polyurethane elastane fibres (elastane). The material is smooth, stretches strongly in both directions and is very pleasant and soft to the touch.
Natural cotton fibres have gained great recognition and popularity thanks to their invaluable hygienic properties, i.e. high air permeability, good thermal protection and the ability to absorb considerable quantities of moisture. Thanks to the above-mentioned characteristics and the lack of substances harmful to our health (confirmed by the Oeko-tex certificate), the clothing knitwear is recommended for children, babies and adults.
The fabric with a boyish pattern of small construction machines on a background of stripes in grey melange and white was printed with the most modern digital printing technology, designed for natural raw materials. Thanks to this, the pattern is durable, boasts a wide colour palette and is extremely accurate and detailed.
Our cotton jersey is perfect for, among other things, t-shirts, tops, tunics, leggings, pyjamas, infinity scarves or thin beanies. Due to its construction, single-bearing knitted fabric is not prone to fraying, so its slightly rolled edges do not need to be finish. The above features are very often used in the creation of casual and informal clothing in casual style.
