The PVC postthreated polyester fabric popularly known as Kodura is woven in a plain weave. It is characterised by considerable stiffness, does not let sunlight through, does not stretch and the interlaced threads are visible only on the right side.
White Kodura PVC is recommended, among others, for elements of gazebos, garden swings, awnings or various types of covers. In addition, the offered material is perfect for backpacks, bags, pencil cases, sachets and cosmetic bags.
The offered fabric has been manufactured from polyester fibres, which have very good mechanical properties. They are characterized by very good tensile strength, both in dry and wet state, and high resistance to friction. As a result, products made from these extremely popular synthetic fibres are durable in use, and maintenance processes do not weaken them.
The hydrophobicity of the raw material in combination with the polychlorvinyl finishing provide the fabric with a water resistance of 130 cm H20. Additionally, this finish makes the fabric easy to keep clean despite its light colouring.
Meets the requirements of the REACH Directive and the PN-EN 71-3+A3:2018-09 standard for the safety of toys and children's products.
