Kodura PVC is characterised by its considerable stiffness, high weight (360 g/m2), is inelastic and opaque. Thick yarns of continuous polyester fibres combined with a simple canvas weave create a clearly visible plaited structure on the right side. The other side, with a finishing, guarantees that the fabric is waterproof to a water column of 130 cm and that the products are easy to keep clean.
The hydrophobic raw material used in the production of the fabric provides very good strength properties both when dry and when wet. These synthetics are resistant to abrasion, the effects of many chemicals and also enjoy a high pliability, which ensures low crumpling.
Kodura PVC polyester technical fabric in bright blue is child safe and can be used for backpacks, bags, pencil cases and various sachets. It is also widely used in the garden for textile gazebos, awnings, swings, deckchairs, hammocks or balcony sails.
Meets the requirements of the REACH Directive and the PN-EN 71-3+A3:2018-09 standard for the safety of toys and children's products.
