Classic t-shirt fabric popular as single jersey in dark navy blue color, was produced in 94% from natural cotton fibres. Thanks to this, the offered material is breathable, perfectly air-permeable, characterized by good warmth and has no tendency to static electricity. Additionally, it has high hygroscopicity, and the absorbed moisture in small quantities cannot be felt by touch. The remaining 6% of the composition are elastomeric threads, i.e. elastane well known to all. Thanks to this small admixture of synthetic fibers, the material stretches more and is pliable, which for the user means easier fitting to the figure.
The knitted fabric with a smooth (at first look) surface is offered in a thicker, heavier and very soft version with a weight of 200 g/m2, which is as much as 370 g/mb. These and the above-mentioned properties contribute to the great interest in knitted fabric when sewing shirts, t-shirts, tops, shorts, leggings, summer dresses, fitted skirts, tunics, year-round pyjamas, underwear, beanies and infinity scarves. The Oeko-tex certificate, which means no harmful substances for the product, additionally enhances the trust of our customers, who willingly use it to create clothing, various accessories and toys for children and babies.
The weft knitted fabric made of the jersey single stitch has a tendency to slight rolling of cut edges and lack of tendency to easy fraying, which is used when creating products with the so-called raw edge (without finishing).
